Carol Troy, author of the Cheap Chic series of books from the '70's, wrote this piece for the NYTimes on her 1,350-square-foot trailer built in 1978 in a trailer park. To be fair, it's the recycled shell of a "double-wide" in Napa Valley. Worth a look and a second thought...
