Design oriented residential development.
Dallas based developer Urban Edge Developers builds single- and multi-family contemporary residences. Lots of them. They use modern construction methods and materials, "such as a combination of concrete and steel in the construction of foundations and walls... (that) also reduce material degradation, which produces savings in maintenance costs year after year.". And they've also just launched Urban Reserve, "a neighborhood of modern, single-family homes, created by a select group of regionally and nationally recognized architects.". My guess, it will be more affordable than Sagaponac. But no less attractive. Via Iridesce Sent.
