Perforated aluminum framing.
Finally, a modern contemporary framing system that's both practical and "visually stimulating". Aluma makes frames and a versatile framing system made of perforated aluminum. There's a tabletop called Z-Mini, a fine art line and a large commercial art system (my favorite) for artwork that doesn't require archival protection. Via Land+Living.
