Instant, self-contained studio residences.
All you need is a crane to stack them up to three units high. The Spacebox is equipped to function as a compact studio residence, complete with kitchen, shower and toilet with a surface area of 18 mē or 22 mē. There's a large window on one end and the entryway on the other. The units are equipped with a boiler, mechanical ventilation and electrical heating. Spacebox units are made of the same high-grade light weight composites that are used in shipbuilding and aircraft manufacturing.
