Small is the new big.
That's a quote from the cover of the Jan05 issue of Dwell magazine, and I couldn't agree more, especially after seeing Optibo (which is featured in their March issue). Optibo is housing of the future, multifunctional space for DINKs, dual income no children, who want to live downtown in 25 square meters of space. It's also a Swedish research project, so you can't get one just yet. Via Royal Homes Modern.
