Electroluminescent space divider from Loop.
An ornate printed pattern forms the circuit for a luminous ambient display called Blumen. Designer-artist Rachel Wingfield's ongoing research into patterns in nature spawned this project to "capture the dynamic, rich display of botanical life into textiles. Blumen is a reactive surface that divides and ornaments space... The repeating pattern allows the piece to be cut into smaller sections and even reassembled.". There's also Buried Light wallpaper with a surface that visualizes and reflects the daily usage of electrical power and Walltherapy, allowing end-users to create a "highly individual personal environment from their psychophysically determined colour preferences.".
