Made by Germany's Knaus, the Young Activity Trailer combines the essence of an RV, bed, dining table, mini-kitchen, with the hauling capacity of a box trailer. The entire back end of the trailer opens up so you can fill the trailer with your gear. Knaus even has a photo of a shiny motorbike in the trailer.
