German prefab house.
This two-story cube is made by German uber prefabber WeberHaus and designed by architect Peter C. Jakob of Bauart. Four large windows provide lots of natural light for its 70 square meters of optimized space. The house features a living and dining room, fully outfitted kitchen (including stove and fridge), bathroom with tub and two bedrooms. Options include an L or U shaped plan, vs. cube, as well as an awning or terrace. And, 'cause it's from the land of the Green Party, it's very environmentally friendly.
