Ultramodern home office desk.
Most of the modern home office desks I’ve seen to date are sleek, light and honestly, not all that practical. By definition, home office means PCs, various media and unruly cables. Matteograssi’s dual function Eclipse desk is actually an update of the old style roll top writing desk. But instead of a roll top, you have a pop top. Press a button and the centre section rises to reveal your screen and storage. When the PC isn’t in use, you can use the desk to write the old fashioned way. Inside the Eclipse there’s room for a keyboard, LCD screen, a midi-tower and a medium-sized printer, as well as other spaces for CDs, drawers and shelves.
