”How to Build a Beautiful House Without Breaking the Bank.”
Ten “architecturally distinctive” small homes are profiled in this book on cost-conscious design and construction/renovation. The advice is light, but the pictures are nice. I liked the idea of making attractive contemporary homes with off-the-shelf, stock materials. It’s obviously not easy if you look at the all the cookie-cutter homes built with the same materials.
