Venezuelan-born and US-trained Pablo Pardo designs, manufactures and sells lighting and a number of other products (the cushions and organic-looking trash can designs are great) out of his San Francisco workshop. JLT

Pablo's Lighthouse lamp. Nice. A simple, in fact ancient, idea executed with restraint, "...light projection whereby light rays are transmitted through a fresnel lens to create a single brightly focused beam."
