Office building, trendy hotel.
Boutique hotel operators The Germain Group took this former non-descript office building and turned it into a modern contemporary hotel in downtown Montreal. “Taking advantage of the natural light and panoramic views of the city, these havens of peace in the heart of the bustling city let you work in your room without feeling like you're sleeping in your office.” (Something the former occupants might have done!). Other hotels include a former fruit warehouse in Quebec City and an all-new downtown Toronto Germain – Toronto’s first MoCo boutique hotel.
