Six-cornered cooking surfaces and controls that you assemble in the configuration you need. There are three available “cook zone” units/surfaces with varying BTUs and a control panel for up to six cooking zones with 9-level power controls. The control panel has an automatic booster cooking phase, residual heat indicators, central switch-off controls, a child-safety lock and an automatic safety cut-off.
