Modern contemporary house plans.
Stock home plans is not an area of practice that most architects care to get involved in. Certainly not modern house plans. Cookie cutter defines most stock house plans; it seems the more banal, the better - if you judge by volume. One buys house plans to avoid paying architect's fees, but typically no architect = no architecture. Created by an architect, LaMiDesign's plans are inspired MoCo.
