Bluff-top meadow “smart growth” development with houses designed by David Salmela. Architect David Salmela is the exclusive architect for the Marine on St. Croix, MN, Jackson Meadow project. Together with landscape architects Coen + Partners, they’ve created a new kind of community based on sustainability, innovative land use and some great design. The homes are “a blend of Salmela’s modernist discipline with the architectural roots of (historic) Marine”.
