Author Linda Parker looks at 24 urban and rural minimalist houses from around the world. I’m a reductionist, I like minimalism, but I don’t live that way, for that you need a house like the ones in this book. Minimalist Houses has a lot of quality photos and not much text, it’s more of a coffee table book. 176 pages of clean lines and little clutter. The featured homes are however surprisingly varied, colorful and livable. Hardcover, published by Harper Design International, $24.50 at Amazon.
