This is another one-foot-square format book by James Grayson Trulove, the co-author of one-foot-square New American Additions and Renovations, among others. Less than 2500 square feet means that spaces have to be carefully defined and architects have to maximize what they've got, be it budget, location, materials or zoning rules. Most of the houses featured are vacation homes, but they're all creative design solutions for space-efficient houses (one as small as 640 square feet).
