Elegant, and practical, CD/VHS storage is hard to find. Designer Raul Barbieri appears to have created a simple solution. His Kursaal display unit, made by Ycami, is a simple box that rotates on a fixed structure making the inside accessible. When closed, the glazed aluminum unit becomes a “a significant piece of furniture characterized by a formal and sober look”. The units' interior has a CD rack that doubles as a shelf-holder so that shelves that can be positioned at different heights. Kursaal is available in a range of sizes.
